At Fullday.Inc, the provider of OnCallManager, we strive to provide excellent service and value to our customers. We understand that sometimes our service may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a fair refund policy for our monthly subscription plans.
14-Day Free Trial
All new Basic plan subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period.
You can cancel anytime during the trial period without any charges.
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you'll be charged the monthly fee.
Monthly Subscription Refunds
Within 14 Days of Payment
If you request a refund within 14 days of your monthly payment being processed, we'll provide a full refund for that billing period, no questions asked.
After 14 Days
Refund requests made after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund if there were service issues or if you experienced problems that prevented you from using the service.
No Prorated Refunds for Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of the month.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- You'll retain access to your data for 30 days after cancellation to allow for data export.
Non-Refundable Items
- Partial month usage after the 14-day window
- Past due amounts or late fees
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Third-party integration or add-on fees
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email and subscription ID
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Allow 3-5 business days for our team to review and respond
Processing Time
- Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you experience extended service outages, data loss due to our error, or other significant issues, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include extended refunds or service credits.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified policy.
