Pricing FAQ
We believe on-call management shouldn't get more expensive just because your team grows. Flat pricing means you can add engineers to rotations without worrying about costs. A 5-person team and a 50-person team pay the same.
After 14 days, you can subscribe to continue using OnCallManager. If you don't subscribe, your rotations will be paused but not deleted—you can reactivate anytime.
Currently we offer monthly billing only. Contact us if you need annual invoicing for procurement purposes.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. See our refund policy for details.
